Pain Reveals Strength
Pain can be a difficult and overwhelming experience, but it also has the potential to reveal unexpected strength within us. No one likes feeling pain – emotional or physical – yet we are often strengthened by our ability to persevere through it. When faced with hardship, many of us retreat, giving up without fighting for […]

Things We Can Control
Life can often be unpredictable and full of surprises. We strive to control our environment and the events in it, but there are some things that cannot be controlled no matter how hard we try. Despite this, these unexpected moments have the potential to teach us valuable lessons about life and ourselves—if we choose to […]

Stop Talkin’ About it… You Just Have to Go For It!!
We all know the feeling – you’ve been thinking about something for what seems like ages, but no matter how hard you try or how much research and preparation you do, it just never moves beyond being a thought. We can get so caught up in our thoughts that we become stuck in an endless […]

Help me be an Example of the Truth.
In a world of lies, it can be difficult to find and stand firm in God. Emptying the Dishwasher
One of the chores that I absolutely cannot stand doing is emptying the dishwasher. I dislike it so much so, that I put it off…and put it off…until I absolutely must do it. Or sometimes I get lucky and Michael does it! So that got me thinking today…do I do that with anything else in […]
